Terms of Service for Northleft Life

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Northleft Life website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
2. Products and Purchases
Northleft Life offers custom-designed apparel products ("Products"). Each order is custom made and, as such, we do not accept returns. Should there be an issue with your order, please contact us at hi@northleftlife.com for potential resolution. All purchases are charged at the time of checkout. Northleft Life accepts major credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
3. Accounts
While users can checkout as guests, any user accounts created are managed through Shopify. You are responsible for safeguarding any passwords and should inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and compilations, is the property of Northleft Life and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content from our Site without express permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service we provide.
6. Privacy
Your personal information is managed and stored by Shopify. Northleft Life commits to protecting user data but is not liable for any breaches that occur through third-party services such as Shopify.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes should first be addressed by contacting Northleft Life directly for resolution. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.
8. Limitation of Liability
Northleft Life is not liable for any damages that may arise from your use of the Site or from products purchased through the Site.
9. Modifications to Terms
Northleft Life reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Terms and Conditions page of our Site (northleftlife.com). Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
