What is NorthLeft's return and exchange policy?
All Northleft merchandise is printed to order, and therefore we do not offer a blanket return or exchange program. We are committed to customer satisfaction, so If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can see if there is any way we can help.
What is NorthLeft's shipping policy?
All purchase from Northleft ship for free. Currently we only ship to addresses within the United States. Items are made in various factories across the US and are sourced from the optimal location to ship to you as fast as possible. Because all items are printed on-demand, fulfillment and shipping can take up to 2 1/2 weeks, but most orders will arrive within 7-10 days.
What payment methods are accepted at NorthLeft?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure online payment options to ensure a smooth and secure transaction process. All payments are processed by Shopify, and Northleft never see's your credit card or other account numbers.
Do you offer wholesale ordering?
We do! Please use our contact form and let us know what you are interested in. Wholesale pricing is available and discounts vary based on quantity.
