  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe arrival.

4. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate your preference when contacting Customer Service.
  • Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the original item, subject to availability.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service immediately.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items, and a replacement will be shipped upon receipt of the returned item.

7. Gift Returns:

  • If you received an item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please contact Customer Service with the order number and the name of the person who made the purchase.

8. Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
